


ArmInfo. Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and his Azerbaijani counterpart, Jeyhun Bayramov, have emphasized their commitment to strengthening bilateral relations and enhancing cooperation on multilateral issues, IRNA reports.
Araghchi and Bayramov held a telephone conversation on Friday to discuss bilateral relations and regional developments.
Reviewing the agreements made during the Iranian Foreign Minister's visit to Baku on December 7, 2024, the two sides stressed their shared resolve to strengthen bilateral ties and enhance cooperation on multilateral issues, particularly those concerning the Caucasus region.
The top Iranian diplomat referred to the regional developments and the threats posed by the destructive interventions of the United States, as well as the expansionist ambitions of the Zionist regime, stressing the shared responsibility of all regional countries to counter threats against regional peace and stability, and to prevent any misuse of their territories by third parties to threaten regional peace and stability.
