"Today we honor the memory of those who died defending our Homeland.  Since we have never had a single day dedicated to the memory of  servicemen and others who died in military operations throughout  history, we have decided to establish January 27 as Remembrance Day  for those who fell defending the Homeland. Today, we have the  opportunity to bow together in memory of our victims of all time,  who, with their lives, ensured the continued existence and  development of our country, the Republic of Armenia.

As a reminder, several days ago the National Assembly passed a law  establishing January 27 as Remembrance Day for those who fell  defending the Homeland.
