


ArmInfo.Arayik Harutyunyan, Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister of Armenia, met with Eric Popp, Representative of the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF) for Central and Eastern Europe, and Vivien Lubzanski, Director of the International Committee of the Games of La Francophonie, expressing confidence that their visit will contribute to joint efforts in preparation for the upcoming Games.
According to the press service of the Armenian government, Harutyunyan also congratulated Vivien Lubzanski on his appointment as Director of the International Committee of the Games of La Francophonie, expressing confidence that his experience and skills will best serve the committee's active work.
OIF representatives, in turn, emphasized the importance of close cooperation with the government of the Republic of Armenia.
The parties discussed preparations for the Francophonie Games, scheduled for 2027 in Armenia. A wide range of issues related to the Games were discussed, including the organizational process and infrastructure preparation. A variety of comments and suggestions were also exchanged.
Harutyunyan emphasized that the efforts undertaken by the Armenian government and effective collaboration with the International Committee of the Games of La Francophonie will ensure the best possible organization and hosting of the Games in Armenia.
