"In Our Way" movement neither confirms nor denies formation of   "Strong Armenia" party

ArmInfo.  Members of the "In Our Way" movement, established by the family of Samvel Karapetyan, owner of the Tashir Group of Companies, have registered a political party called "Strong Armenia."

According to the electronic state register, the party was registered  by Aleksan Aleksanyan, Ashot Farsyan, and Lena Matevosyan, all of  whom are active members of the "In Our Way" movement. The party was  initially founded on December 8, 2025, under the name "Pro-Armenian"  before being renamed "Strong Armenia" on January 16, 2026. The party  is headquartered at the Tashir Group's Yerevan office on Teryan  Street.

Marianna Kagramanyan, spokesperson for the "In Our Way" movement,  told ArmInfo that the popular movement led by Samvel Karapetyan aims  to achieve "real and qualitative changes in Armenia." She noted that  such objectives are pursued through political action and active  participation in state processes.
