ArmInfo. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has continued ongoing discussions on the draft laws "On Amendments and Additions to the Law on Local Self- Government of the City of Yerevan and Related Laws." Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan provided an update on finalizing the draft laws based on the outcomes of previous consultations.
As reported by the Cabinet of Ministers' press service, the meeting addressed issues of increasing the effectiveness of combating administrative offenses, regulating property tax payments, improving inter- agency cooperation, assessing the impact of regulations, and other proposed solutions. Prime Minister Pashinyan emphasized the importance of institutional development of local self-government bodies and the consistent implementation of reforms in this area.
Following the discussions, work on the regulations outlined in the draft laws will continue.
