


ArmInfo.During the second week of 2026, low activity of acute respiratory infections was recorded in Armenia, according to the National Administration for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health.
According to the source, almost 68% of all cases are in the 0-18 age group, with the highest rate still being in the 0-4 age group. Over the same period, the number of hospitalizations for acute respiratory infections in medical facilities decreased by 1.3 times compared to the previous week. 92.8% of hospitalizations are in the 0-18 age group.
"Influenza A subtype H3N2 continues to circulate in the Republic of Armenia," the statement reads.
