The US used sonic weapons in Venezuela

ArmInfo. A Venezuelan soldier who witnessed the operation to capture President Nicolás Maduro claimed that American forces used unknown weapons. His account was quoted by the New York Post.

According to the Post, he was on duty when all the air defense radars suddenly failed. Afterward, numerous drones appeared in the sky, followed by helicopters.

"What happened next wasn't a battle; it was a massacre. It was like a very powerful sonic wave, like a splitting headache. Everyone's noses started bleeding, some started vomiting blood. We fell to the ground, unable to move," he said.

A former US intelligence officer, also interviewed by the New York Post, claimed that the US does indeed have a weapon that uses directed microwave radiation. He added that such a weapon had never been used in combat before.
