Armenian community newspaper `Gandzasar` calls on Armenians in Aleppo  to remain at home for safety reasons 

ArmInfo. The Armenian community newspaper "Gandzasar," published in Syria, called on  Armenians in Aleppo to remain at home during the clashes for their  own safety.

"We ask our compatriots in Aleppo not to leave their apartments for  safety reasons until the situation in the city stabilizes. If you are  in your apartments, seek shelter indoors and do not approach windows  or balconies," the statement reads.

Earlier media reports indicated clashes between the Syrian army and  various armed groups, including the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic  Forces (SDF), were occurring in Aleppo and its environs. According to  available information, there have been civilian casualties as a  result of the clashes.
