ArmInfo.Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will not attend the informal CIS Summit of Heads of State in St. Petersburg.
According to media reports citing the Azerbaijani presidential administration, Aliyev will not be able to participate in the informal CIS Summit of Heads of State, to be held today in St. Petersburg, due to a tight work schedule.
Earlier, Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov announced Russian leader Vladimir Putin's intention to hold separate meetings with the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
