


ArmInfo. Armenia's Ministry of Internal Affairs Rescue Service is awaiting a major reform, as announced by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Armen Ghazaryan in the National Assembly on December 16.
According to him, the issue of forming the service's new structure is in the final stages. In parallel with this process, the department is focusing on improving its logistical support. This year, specialized rescue equipment, over a dozen vehicles, and other equipment have been acquired. Ghazaryan also reported that Armenia's rescuers have successfully dealt with fires this year, and the issue of paying them bonuses using the funds saved is currently being discussed.
