Abraham Kulajian appointed Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs abroad

ArmInfo. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has appointed Abraham Kulajian as Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs Abroad, on a voluntary basis,  granting him  the status of advisor.

Pashinyan signed the decision on December 5, as reported on the  official website of the Armenian government.
