Lebanon has a new ambassador to Armenia

ArmInfo.The newly appointed Ambassador of Lebanon to Armenia, Dima Haddad, presented her credentials to President Vahagn Khachaturyan.

According to the press service of the Armenian President,  Khachaturyan expressed hope that her activities would enhance  relations between Armenia and Lebanon, recalling the special  historical ties and warm relations between the two countries and  peoples.

During the meeting, the effective cooperation between the two  countries, including in a multilateral format, was emphasized, and  Lebanon was noted as one of Armenia's important partners in the  region.

Discussions also focused on possibilities of expanding bilateral  cooperation in areas of mutual interest, with an emphasis on  developing political dialogue and strengthening business ties between  Armenia and Lebanon. Dima Haddad, in turn, assured that her  activities will contribute to strengthening bilateral ties and  promoting new initiatives.
