Representatives of Armenia and Turkey held  second round of  discussions on  reactivation of  Gyumri-Kars railway

ArmInfo. Within the framework of the agreement reached during the meetings between the Special Representatives for the Armenia-Turkiye Normalization Process, representatives of the relevant institutions of the two countries convened on 28 November 2025, at the Akyaka-Akhurik border crossing between Armenia and Turkiye and in the city of Gyumri in  Armenia, as reported by the  press service of the Armenian Ministry  of Foreign Affairs. 

According to the source, they held the second round of technical  discussions aimed at the rehabilitation and reactivation of the  Kars-Gyumri railway.
