Foreign Minister: Estonia to open embassy in Yerevan in 2026

ArmInfo.Estonia plans to open an embassy in Armenia in 2026, as announced by Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna.

"Called my good friend and colleague, Armenian Foreign Minister  Ararat Mirzoyan, to inform him of Estonia's decision to open an  embassy in Armenia in 2026. This is a major milestone in  Armenian-Estonian relations and  reflects how closely our countries  have grown  in recent years," the diplomat wrote on Twitter (X).

He also noted that Estonia highly values the peace process between  Armenia and Azerbaijan and will continue to support Armenia in  advancing democratic reforms and moving closer to the European Union.
