5,000sq. meters land plot in Tsakhkadzor returned to public - premier 

ArmInfo.  Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan posted another post with the hashtag #ZernyshkoKZernyshko. As a reminder, by the end of 2024, the prime minister promised to present a list of real estate properties returned to the state bit by bit.

"By a court decision, the Republic of Armenia's ownership rights to a  5,000 square meter plot of land designated as a specially protected  area, located at 31 Aghavni Aghbyur, Aghavnadzor village,  Tsaghkadzor community, Kotayk region, have been restored.

The cadastral value, close to the market value, is 9 million 388  thousand drams," Prime Minister Pashinyan wrote.
