ArmInfo. Alexander Skryabin, mayor of Rostov-on- Don, is in the Armenian capital at the invitation of Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan, as reported by the press service of the capital's municipality.
According to the source, Alexander Skryabin visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex, where he laid a wreath and flowers at the Eternal Flame.
The delegation, led by the Rostov-on-Don Mayor, toured the Armenian Genocide Museum, viewed the permanent and temporary exhibitions. Alexandr Skryabin also signed the guest book.
As part of their visit to Yerevan, the Russian delegation also visited the City Management Technology Center CJSC to learn about the center's activities and the innovative digital solutions implemented in the Armenian capital.
