


ArmInfo.Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the President of the Global Leadership Foundation, former Prime Minister of New Zealand, and former head of the UN Development Programme, Helen Clark.
According to the PM's office, Pashinyan highly appreciated the activities of the Global Leadership Foundation and expressed hope for establishing close cooperation with the foundation.
Helen Clark noted that she is in Armenia to attend the board meeting of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI), and emphasized that the foundation's goal is to support democratic political leadership and effective governance through sharing the experience of former leaders with current leaders.
During the meeting, the parties also discussed matters related to expanding regional economic cooperation and unblocking communication channels, as well as the Crossroads of Peace and TRIPP initiatives.
