


ArmInfo. The Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC's electricity distribution license has been revoked. The decision was made during a meeting of the Public Services Regulatory Commission on November 17, after three days of discussions.
The decision details the violations the Commission found in Electric Networks' activities. Specifically, an overstatement of 134,800 kWh was reported in one case, and a failure to account for 11,300 kWh in another. Additionally, several thousand new subscriber connections were overdue, and the total number of loan guarantees secured against ENA's assets approached $690 million. The deteriorating trend in electricity supply indicators continued, with the average duration of outages increasing by 4.2%.
