


ArmInfo. From January 1 to November 1, 2025, the Prosecutor's Office of Armenia, within its power to protect state interests, returned property and funds worth the equivalent of $15.545 million to the state.
Out of the 5, 947 million drams returned to the state, 5, 697 million drams represents the cadastral value, which approximates the market value of the real estate, with the remaining amount is cash.
Thus, during the first 10 months of 2025, a total of 40 real estate objects were returned to state or municipal ownership based on court decisions (in 2024 - 18 real estate objects) (for 30 of these properties there are certificates of registration of ownership, and for the remaining 10 - acts of termination of rights and return to municipal ownership).
