Politician: Why is Pashinyan`s `scanning machine` working so slowly?

ArmInfo.  Even if the lengthy interview with third President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan had no other consequences, it already yielded an important result: Nikol Pashinyan was forced to respond, addressing a  topic most people avoid - the real history of the Nagorno-Karabakh  negotiations. Suren Surenyants, leader of the Democratic Alternative  party, wrote about this on his Facebook account.

"Responding to Serzh Sargsyan, Pashinyan wrote: 'Don't be upset.' I  have reviewed key documents on the negotiation history, including  those from 2019. We are currently scanning them and will publish them  by the end of the year, including several public documents." If the  full documents on the settlement are published, it will become clear  that the primary responsibility for the destruction of Artsakh lies  with Pashinyan himself. It was he who abandoned the most advantageous  negotiating framework for Armenia and, through a policy of unilateral  concessions, destroyed diplomatic positions built over years," the  politician emphasized.

He added that Pashinyan's reaction was not a clarification of the  facts; it was an ironic act of self-defense, an attempt to conceal  reality through manipulation. "Nevertheless, two questions remain  unanswered: Why is Pashinyan's 'scanning machine' working so slowly?  How does Pashinyan intend to avoid political suicide after the  publication of these documents? If the documents on the  Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement are ever published without  distortions and edits, that day will not be a victory for his  opponents, but a day of political verdict against Pashinyan himself,"  Suren Surenyants emphasized.
