Pashinyan`s press secretary believes Armenia facing a classic hybrid  war scenario  ahead of November 9

ArmInfo.  On the eve of November 9, a classic hybrid war scenario has been launched against Armenia in the form of a coordinated multipolar information attack, as stated by Nazeli Baghdasaryan, Armenian Prime Minister's press secretary, on social media.

"These days, when the Azerbaijani side is becoming more active in the  information space, the goal is obvious. When a 'golden child', raised  in greenhouses with foreign capital, joins this information campaign,  it's clear again - he is a microphone, voicing the text being  transmitted to him. However, when the leader of Armenia himself makes  manipulations and illogical statements that are not consistent with  the facts, many questions inevitably arise. Sargsyan's reflections  the day before weren't a political analysis, but rather a rehash of  an old, worn-out refrain. These theses have been repeatedly,  reasonably, and convincingly refuted, as in 2018-2020, through the  combination of arms inventory, army transformation processes, and  systemic defense modernization steps. Indeed, it was impossible to  fill a thirty year gap in two and a half years. But instead of  reflecting on this, Sargsyan is once again attempting to discuss the  state and the army, casting a shadow over his own long-standing  inaction on others.

Incidentally, publicly testifying against Armenia yesterday is either  the result of shortsightedness or serving a foreign agenda. There is  simply no third option," Baghdasaryan wrote.
