Pashinyan:  Citizen removed from Hovhannavank required state  protection

ArmInfo.  The citizen removed  by security from the church in the village of Hovhannavank during the liturgy required state protection. RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made this statement  during a briefing on November 6.

He stated that he had requested clarification from the State Security  Service regarding the incident. The State Security  responded that  the officers' actions were necessary to ensure the citizen's safety.  "I was informed that the decision to provide security was made to  ensure the citizen's safety, as his behavior could have incited  public aggression," Pashinyan noted.
