


ArmInfo. The Republic of Armenia's ownership of real estate worth $4.286 million, located in Yerevan, has been restored. This was reported in a statement by the RA Prosecutor General's Office.
According to the source, on November 3, 2025, the republic's ownership of a land plot of approximately 2.8 hectares, a hotel of 35.2 square meters, a room of 10.9 square meters, an office of 41.2 square meters, a workshop of 182.8 square meters, warehouses of 14.7 square meters and 198.9 square meters, as well as a land plot of 0.0376 hectares located at 59/11 Ghapantsyan Street, was restored. According to an expert assessment, the total market value of the property is $4,286,000, equivalent to 1,639,650,000 drams.
As a reminder, in parallel with the criminal proceedings initiated by the Investigative Committee, the Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit in the Administrative Court demanding that the state registration of property rights issued in the name of the all-Armenian public organization "DOSAAF Armenia" regarding real estate located at 59 Khapantsyan Street and 59/11 Khapantsyan Street be declared invalid.
