ArmInfo. Georgian Parliament Vice Speaker Nino Tsilosani criticized Armenian parliamentarians for supporting the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly resolution regarding Georgia.
"Unfortunately, there were Armenian MPs who, in essence, expressed a lack of confidence in their own prime minister, since the Armenian prime minister has officially visited Georgia on various occasions and met with the elected government. By supporting a resolution that speaks of the illegitimacy of the Georgian government, they are expressing a lack of confidence in their own prime minister. These arguments clearly demonstrate how meaningless this resolution is, devoid of content, and aims to lay yet another brick to the detriment of Georgia," Tsilosani stated, adding that the Euronest resolution is devoid of substance. This was reported by Georgia's First Channel.
On October 31, the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly published a resolution that also addressed the situation in Georgia. The resolution notes that recent events in Georgia have demonstrated the decline of democracy.
