


ArmInfo. Russia and Azerbaijan are working diligently at various levels, and dialogue between the two countries' continues, as stated by Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
"Work is currently being carried out diligently, and the president (Vladimir Putin) has raised all of these sensitive issues, and they are being addressed at the working level. We continue our dialogue," Peskov told reporters, in response to a question about whether there are contacts between Russia and Azerbaijan regarding the release of Russians detained in Baku, RIA Novosti reports.
Azerbaijani media had reported on July 1 that eight Russian citizens had been detained in Baku. According to the Azerbaijani side, they were involved in drug trafficking from Iran and cybercrimes. They were detained for four months.
