14th annual CORLEAP meeting held in Yerevan

ArmInfo.  The 14th annual meeting of the Conference of Regional and Local Authorities for the Eastern Partnership (CORLEAP) was held in Yerevan.

According to the Yerevan Municipality press service, the conference  discussed the European Union's new strategic approach to the Black  Sea region, the current state of decentralization in the Eastern  Partnership countries, and the discussion and adoption of the CORLEAP  Action Plan for 2025-2029.

Welcoming speeches were delivered at the conference by Yerevan Deputy  Mayor Levon Hovhannisyan and Armen Galjyan, leader of the Civil  Contract faction of the Yerevan City Council.

Moldova was elected to chair the conference next year.
