ArmInfo.Some U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) funds may be used to maintain peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia, according to an article in The Washington Post.

According to the newspaper, the US administration and the State  Department have a total of $2 billion available to fund Trump's  priority programs in the budget, which was suspended in February. In  addition to environmental protection, the funds may be used to  "maintain peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia and combat Marxist and  anti-American regimes" in Latin America, the newspaper writes.
