First day of October to mark opening of one of  most vibrant  festivals in Yerevan, HIGH FEST

ArmInfo. The 23rd HIGH FEST International Performing Arts Festival will be held this year from October 1st to 8th under the motto "Festivally Yours!"

According to the HIGH FEST press service, this year's festival will  feature performances from 11 countries, including Belgium, China,  France, the USA, Hungary, South Korea, the Netherlands, and others.   The program will also include performances from Armenian and Iranian  theaters. The festival will have over 100 participants, including  renowned guests such as Bartosz Szydlowski, Irina Zhukova, Michela  Panella, and others. The international program includes staging by  the following companies: Benchaa Theatre (Netherlands), FOR‘E Theatre  (South Korea), Sacred Places (Belgium), and PR-Evolution Dance  Company (Hungary).

HIGH FEST will also feature master classes with international  experts, and a roundtable discussion to promote partnerships between  Armenian theaters and international festivals.

According to the source, HIGH FEST is sponsored by the Yerevan  Municipality, with its  main partners being the Ministry of  Education, Science, Culture, and Sport of the Republic of Armenia and  the HOSQ Foundation.

This year, HIGH FEST is also collaborating with the Avignon OFF  Festival, which has been recognized as one of the 24 best festivals  in Europe by the EFFA (European Festivals Association).
