ArmInfo. The Armenian people do not want to support the previous authorities, as stated by Levon Zurabyan, Vice Chairman of the Armenian National Congress, during the parliamentary hearings on September 26. He mentioned that over the seven years of the current government's activities, irreparable damage has been done to the country, yet neither anti- government protests nor various events have led to its change.
According to Zurabyan, this is because the people do not want political forces close to Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sargsyan to come to power. The ANC deputy head expressed his conviction that until the people see a movement they can trust, there will be no change of power in the country. The ANC deputy chairman also announced that the party will not enter into any alliances with forces led by the second and third presidents of the Republic of Armenia.
