This was announced by Vice Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Ruben Rubinyan. "Dear friends, I would like to inform you that in the coming days, NA MP Gegham Nazaryan and I will present a draft proclamation declaring January 27 a Day of Remembrance and Mourning. We need a special day to honor the memory of those who died in military operations throughout history and to bow to all those who fell for the Motherland.
According to the draft, this day will be January 27, and on January 28, as always, we will commemorate and celebrate Army Day as a symbol of enduring life and will," the NA Vice Speaker wrote on his Facebook page.
