ArmInfo.Representatives of the former government, who were responsible for several political assassinations, including the events of March 1, 2008, October 27, 1999, election fraud, and involvement in criminal subculture, along with their cheap servants, are attempting and will continue to try to link the tragic incident in the Parakar community to the current government.
The RA National Assembly Speaker, Alen Simonyan, wrote on his Facebook page. According to him, all these attempts have been and will be futile: in Armenia, no one is killed or even beaten for their political stance; elections in Armenia are not rigged; and whenever the government faces a setback, it respects the opposition's stance. No one goes unpunished in Armenia, and every instance of violence receives a political and legal assessment.
"The era of political assassinations, repression, and impunity is over, along with you. My deepest condolences to the families and friends of the victims," the Speaker wrote.
