On September 22, the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia filed a lawsuit with the Anti-Corruption Court against Gagik Tsarukyan, leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, and his family, demanding the confiscation of illegally acquired property. According to the source, the lawsuit has been filed against Gagik, Javahir, Nver, Hovhannes, Kolik, Roza Tsarukyan, Sedrak Arustamyan, Varditer Khachatryan, Arpi Avetisyan, Tigran, Armine Manukyan, and Robert Mkrtchyan.
The following companies are involved in the case as third parties: the National Olympic Committee of Armenia NGO, Zvartnots Handling CJSC, Onira Club LLC, Multi Autotrans LLC, Global Motors LLC, Armbeton LLC, Multi Motors LLC, Megamotors LLC, Multi Sis LLC, Multi Wellness Center LLC, Yerevan Ararat Brandy-Wine-Vodka Factory OJSC, Shustov Trading House CJSC, Multi Agrovey LLC, and Artben LLC.
The case has been transferred to Judge Lili Drmeyan of the Anti-Corruption Civil Court. Since 2023, this judge has been presiding over another claim for the confiscation of illegal assets against Tsarukyan, his family, and the same individuals affiliated with him.
