It`s time not only to congratulate each other on Armenia`s  Independence Day, but also to support it - Levon Zurabyan

ArmInfo.Armenia's independence is under threat, and it's time not only to congratulate on Independence Day but also to support it. This is what Levon  Zurabyan, vice chairman of the Armenian National Congress party,  writes.

"We are celebrating the 34th anniversary of Armenia's independence  under the rule of the gravedigger of Artsakh and Armenia, who can't  even bring himself to congratulate our country on its birthday. Under  the false pretense of a 'Fourth Republic,' Pashinyan and his team are  busy weakening the Republic of Armenia. They are attempting to  undermine and discredit all the institutions, traditions, and  historical landmarks that underpin the strength of the Armenian  state. Specifically, this refers to the creation of a new independent  Armenia in 1991 and the Declaration of Independence, the victory in  the Artsakh War, the Armenian Army, the Armenian Apostolic Holy  Church, a society free from ideological dictates and Bolshevik  censorship, and state symbols that underpin it," the politician  noted.

He added that the process of creating an artificial "Fourth Republic"  is being carried out with one sole purpose: to fulfill the demands of  Azerbaijan, which has set itself the goal of turning Armenia into a  vassal state subservient to it.

"The state of Armenia and its independence are under threat today, as  never before in our newly independent history since 1991. Peace can  be established without the loss of independence, accompanied by the  creation of a 'Fourth Republic.' But Nikol Pashinyan, who is already  under foreign influence and has become an unwitting agent of  Azerbaijan, cannot do this. He has become the main enemy of our  independence," Levon Zurabyan emphasized.
