Opposition "Armenia" faction member resigns her mandate as MP

ArmInfo.  Aregnaz Manukyan, a member of the National Assembly from the opposition "Armenia" faction, has decided to resign from her mandate. She shared this information on her social media page.

 "I am resigning from my parliamentary mandate. My decision is  motivated by the fact that I am joining the Mother Armenia movement  led by Andranik Tevanyan, which has applied for registration as a  political party. I fully share the ideas of Mother Armenia, I have  many friends in this structure, and my joining the party is quite  natural. Resigning from my parliamentary mandate in this case fully  complies with the rules and logic of human and political ethics. I  express my gratitude to the second President of the Republic of  Armenia, the leader of the Armenia bloc Robert Kocharyan, my friends  from the Dashnaktsutyun party, other deputies in the bloc, and all  those who have been at the forefront of our struggle against the  current anti-national government for many years. I am also grateful  to those citizens who fought against them with equal or even greater  efforts on various platforms. I believe that their actions will yield  results. Our struggle for a complete change of power and the  formation of a national government in our country will continue,  everyone can realize it within their  own ideas and formats. I wish  all real opposition forces effective work and victories," Aregnaz  Manukyan wrote.
