


ArmInfo. According to the protocol signed by Alen Simonyan, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, the powers of Ara Nranyan, member of the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC), were terminated effective September 12, 2025.
"Taking as a basis the resignation application of Ara Nranyan, a member of the Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia, and guided by Article 147.2.2 of the Constitutional Law The Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, the powers of Ara Nranyan, a member of the Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia, assumed by the decision No. NAD-19-A dated October 5, 2021, are considered terminated as of September 12, 2025," as noted in the protocol signed by the RA NA President Alen Simonyan.
It is noteworthy that on September 11, 2025, Ara Nranyan was elected and then re-elected as a member of the Public Services Regulatory Commission of Armenia. Nranyan's candidacy was nominated by the opposition parliamentary factions "Armenia" and "With Honor." Eighty eight MPs voted in favor of him, while one voted against.
