ArmInfo. The first president of Armenia, Levon Ter- Petrosyan, has addressed the topic of "the urgency of Nikol Pashinyan's overthrow, or why does he hate history?"
"Let me remind the reader of a well-known episode from Movses Khorenatsi's History concerning the reproach of King Artavazd during the funeral of his father, Artashes II: "As thou hast gone away, taking with thee the entire land, how shall I reign on the ruins?" And if Artavazd's father destroyed his own country, then in Pashinyan's case, he is personally destroying it. Of course, he understands the scale of the evil he has committed, as evidenced by his constant hysterics and daily insults and threats against the opposition. I don't envy the next Armenian authorities, because Pashinyan has left behind such a difficult legacy that is practically impossible to shake off. And the way such people were treated in the past and the t labels they were given, are well known. I leave the interpretation of historical parallels to the serious reader," the first president of the Republic of Armenia wrote on his Facebook page.
