Gagik Tsarukyan hasn`t made a final decision about his participation  in  2026 parliamentary elections

ArmInfo. Gagik Tsarukyan, well-known businessman and leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party,  hasn't made a final decision about his participation  in the upcoming parliamentary elections. However, he promised: "When  the time comes, I will say everything."

"Several months ago, I said that I am currently thinking, reflecting,  and holding discussions with various experts. Today, there is not a  single person or party in Armenia that could lead the country out of  the current situation," he noted.

At the same time, he continued, Armenia today needs discussions and  national unity, and it is not necessary for the leader of change to  be affiliated with a specific party. "If the people are poor, the  country cannot be strong. We need to study all areas and understand  the issues within each," he stated, noting that work is currently  underway in this direction. In this context, the "Armenia Proposal"  initiative welcomes input from anyone with a good idea. "We are ready  to listen and consider," he said.

When asked by a journalist how he envisions unification, given the  recent political persecution in Armenia, Gagik Tsarukyan replied:  "There must be peace and solidarity in Armenia; hatred, envy, and  malice must disappear. For me, Armenia is a big family. If people in  a family don't know how to listen to each other, work together, and  live together, nothing will be effective. We shouldn't sit idly by,  gossiping, and throwing mud at each other; everyone should simply say  what they want to do, what they propose."
