


ArmInfo.The Aviation Accident and Serious Incident Investigation Department of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia and the French Bureau for Civil Aviation Safety Investigation and Analysis (BEA) have signed a cooperation agreement.
As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration of Armenia, the cooperation aims to enhance the level of civil aviation safety and prevent aviation accidents. It involves, when necessary and within the capabilities of the bureau, the provision of free services by BEA researchers, as well as assistance in decoding, analyzing flight data records from aircraft, and access to a technical laboratory.
Cooperation with the French bureau, as noted by the Ministry, will also help the implement point 75 of the Armenian government's action plan for 2021-2026 to strengthen institutional capacity and ensure compliance with international standards for conducting state led professional investigations of aviation accidents and serious incidents.
