ArmInfo. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has commented on Armenia's non-participation in the Intervision contest.
During a press conference about Intervision, when asked why Armenia is not participating in the event, the Russian minister stated that this question should not be addressed to Moscow.
"Our Armenian friends were well aware that the contest was being held and the question of why there are no representatives of Armenian culture among the participants is not for us to answer. We would be happy to see everyone, including our Armenian friends," the Russian Foreign Minister said.
