ArmInfo. Armenia is today more independent than ever, more sovereign than ever, a state than ever and safer than ever, as stated by RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan when addressing the Comprehensive Security and Resilience - 2025 international conference, that started in Yerevan on September 15.
According to the Prime Minister, peace is the only guarantee of security. "We have peace today, but this peace requires daily care and constant institutionalization," he said, clarifying that the latter implies the signing and ratification of a peace document.
"Armenia has never been safer than it is today. If in the spring I was saying that there would be no war between Armenia and Azerbaijan, there would be peace, now I want to say that there is now peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan," Nikol Pashinyan concluded.
