Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated that after Azerbaijan occupied the territories of Nagorno-Karabakh, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan "took a historic risk in terms of peace and relations with Azerbaijan." As Anadolu reports, Fidan added that US President Donald Trump also secured the historic agreement in Washington.
According to him, the final signatures have not been done in Washington yet and the signing is expected to take place in the first half of next year. "As soon as the final agreement is signed between Armenia and Azerbaijan, we will also quickly normalize relations with Armenia," Fidan noted.
