


ArmInfo. Sevan National Park has regained ownership of a 15,000 square meter land plot, the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia reports.
According to the source, by the decision of the court of first instance of general jurisdiction of the Gegharkunik region dated July 2, 2025, the claim of the Department for the Protection of State Interests was satisfied. The judicial act has entered into legal force.
The land, valued at 5, 682,000 AMD, is located in the north-eastern part of Tsovazard village in Gegharkunik region, on the right side of the Sevan-Gavar road and has been to Sevan National Park SNCO. Additionally, the state registration of the rights arising from the agreement was declared invalid.
