Plays and supper to support City of Smile - Sati Spivakova

ArmInfo.  Actress and TV presenter Sati Spivakova will visit Yerevan with a two- day cultural and charity program in support of the City of Smile foundation, which helps children with oncological and hematological diseases. The visit was organized on the personal initiative of Ms.  Spivakova with the  assistance of GPMgold, a regular donor to the foundation.

In April last year, Sati Spivakova brought to Yerevan for the first  time the performance of the Theater of Nations Canary. The Last Three  Days of Maria Callas and accepted the invitation to become the  Goodwill Ambassador of the foundation. The current  visit continues this mission.

On September 19, two performances of  the Moscow Theater of Nations (directed by D. Serdyukov) will be  shown on the stage of the Mher Mkrtchyan Artistic Theater. This is an  exquisite literary and musical composition based on the  correspondence of Ivan Turgenev and Pauline Viardot, accompanied by  music by Chopin, Sati, Schwartz and Desyatnikov. Starring Sati  Spivakova and Vladimir Koshevoy. All proceeds from the screenings  will be donated to the foundation.

A charity dinner will be held on September 20 under the patronage of  the Russian Embassy in the Republic of Armenia. The event will become  a platform for drawing attention to the problem of childhood  oncology.  The organizers are confident that humanism and mercy are  an integral part of culture.
