Serzh Sargsyan names two ways to remove unwanted government from  power

ArmInfo. There are two ways to remove a government that does not have the people's trust: one is Nepalese, through violence and murder, and the other is  French, through parliament. The third president of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan stated this on September 10 in a conversation with journalists outside the courthouse, touching on the change of power in the country.

The politician noted that the issue of a change of power has always  been on the agenda of the political force he leads, and remains  relevant today. According to him, the most correct and optimal way to  achieve this is to express no confidence in the government and the  prime minister, that is, to declare impeachment.

"Parliament is not only just a place for speaking, but also a place  where they listen, and those who have ears will hear. Moreover, those  who speak at parliamentary hearings are mainly those who have the  opportunity to speak from the rostrum of parliament 1-2 times a year,  without being deputies.

Look at international experience. Yesterday, two important events  took place in the world: in Nepal and in France. There are two ways  to remove a government that lacks the people's trust. One is  Nepalese, through violence and murder, and the other is French,  through parliament. What can we offer our people?," he said.

When asked why they couldn't find a common language with  second  president Robert Kocharyan on this issue, he recalled that he had  requested not to be asked about the second president.
