RA Prosecutor Gen, meets with Sudi Arabian counterpart in Singapore 

ArmInfo. Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia Anna Vardapetyan met with the Prosecutor General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Sheikh Saud bin Abdullah  Al-Mujeeb as part of her working visit to the Republic of Singapore  on September 8, 2025.

The supervisory authority of Armenia recalled that Prosecutor General  of the Republic of Armenia Anna Vardapetyan left for Singapore on a  working visit to participate in the 30th Annual Conference and  General Assembly of the International Association of Prosecutors  (IAPP). Vardapetyan was elected as a candidate for membership in the  Executive Committee of the International Association of Prosecutors  (IAPP) at the 59th session of the Executive Committee of the  International Association of Prosecutors, held in Buenos Aires on  April 8, 2025.

The election of a member of the Executive Committee will take place  at the upcoming meeting.

Anna Vardapetyan thanked the Prosecutor General of the Kingdom of  Saudi Arabia for the initiative to hold a bilateral meeting within  the framework of the annual conference of the International  Association of Prosecutors and emphasized that the DMA conference,  among other things, is a good opportunity for dialogue and  strengthening partnerships between law enforcement agencies.

In this context, the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia  emphasized the great potential for the development of international  legal cooperation in criminal matters between the prosecutor's  offices of the two countries. During the meeting, the Prosecutors  General of the two countries touched upon a number of issues of  mutual interest and discussed prospects for cooperation.
