Aren Mkrtchyan appointed Lori governor, Vahram Khachatryan Armavir  governor 

ArmInfo.  Aren Mkrtchyan was appointed governor of Lori region, Vahram Khachatryan - Armavir region. The relevant decisions were made on September 4 at a government meeting.

Thus, Vahram Khachatryan (who previously served as mayor of Metsamor)  will replace the former head of the region Argishti Mehakyan, who, by  decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, was appointed acting head  of the Echmiadzin community. And Aren Mkrtchyan, who recently handed  over his parliamentary mandate from the ruling faction, will replace  Aram Ghazaryan, appointed police chief, as governor of Lori.
