ArmInfo. The Investigative Committee of Armenia has reviewed 1,482 criminal cases on domestic violence (in 2024 - 1,404), of which 648 were transferred since 2024.
In particular, 157 criminal proceedings with an indictment against 159 persons were sent to court (in 2024 - 197 proceedings against 195 persons), another 5 proceedings on the application of compulsory medical measures were sent to court with a final act (in 2024 - 4), 390 were terminated (in 2024 - 345), of which 361 - in a rehabilitation order (in 2024 - 307), and 29 - in a non-rehabilitation order (in 2024 - 38), 30 were combined (in 2024 - 116), 134 were sent to another body (in 2024 - 17).
Procedural and evidentiary actions were carried out in 38 cases (in 2024 - 197), 728 cases were transferred to the second half of 2025 (in 2024 - 528). Of the 154 cases,
