Turkish Minister: Normalization of relations between Armenia and  Azerbaijan discussed in coordination with Ankara

ArmInfo.  The decision to build the "Zangezur Corridor" means fundamental recognition of the main demands of the Azerbaijani side, as stated by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in an interview with TGRT.

According to him, the agreements between Armenia and Azerbaijan  create "an excellent picture for peace in the region." "From the  first day of the events, from the moment when the Americans arrived  and started talking to our Azerbaijani brothers, this issue was  resolved in coordination with us," the Turkish minister emphasized.

Fidan noted that after the signing of the declaration in Washington,  the specific format of the "Zangezur Corridor" has not yet been  determined - it is accepted as a concept, and the parties will  discuss the details during the negotiations.
