ArmInfo. When we say that peace has been established, we are not saying that the parties no longer have questions for each other. This does not happen at all in our relations with those countries with which we have never had a conflict, as stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a briefing on August 28.
"The establishment of interstate relations is a dynamic process. The parties agree on certain issues, and disagree on others, but this does not affect the overall picture," he said.
Pashinyan emphasized that the government will resolutely and consistently move towards the institutionalization of this peace. "And, figuratively speaking, we will bring our ship to a quiet harbor. We have already done so. Now it is necessary for the "berth" to be more reliable and stable. Peace is already irreversible, and I consider this my personal mission and the mission of our government," he concluded.
