Pashinyan: Arsen Torosyan to be appointed Minister of Labor and  Social Affairs of Armenia

ArmInfo. Arsen Torosyan will be appointed as the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan  made this  announcement during  a briefing on August 21.  According to him, NA  MP Aren Mkrtchyan will be appointed as  the governor of  the Lori  region.
